This website is hosted on Netlify. Inquiry details submitted through the contact form are processed and stored by Netlify and made available to the website administrator. Email notifications of submissions are sent to joe@buyersandmyers.com so inquiries can be reviewed and answered. By submitting the form, you agree to be contacted about your inquiry using the information you provide; this is not consent to automated marketing calls or texts.
External links and property search
The home search and valuation links take you to Joe Myers's separate Keller Williams website. Other linked websites and services control their own data practices and privacy notices. Listings are not hosted or reproduced on this website.
Cookies, analytics, and hosting
The current website code does not include an advertising pixel or a visitor analytics product. Site hosting providers and linked third parties may process technical request information as part of delivering their services. How long we keep inquiries
Our policy is to retain website inquiries for 12 months after the last contact. We manually remove those inquiries from Netlify Forms and delete the corresponding email notifications. If an inquiry becomes part of a client or transaction record that must be retained longer, we retain that record for the applicable required period.
